Owned by a small company operating country pubs, boutique bedrooms and cocktail lounges all their pubs are absolutely beautiful with well appointed kitchens are well maintained and are performing extremely well. A brand new kitchen has just been installed.

Role - Head Chef
Lead the daily operations of the kitchen, you will be hands on.
Manage the GP, labour and all costs and budgets.
Train, develop and lead your team.
Monitor stock levels and manage stock orders
Manage the cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
Prepare and cook the all fresh menu - with menu development input
Work closely with the FOH team.
We are looking for:
An experienced Head Chef with a background working in high volume fresh food kitchens.
Patience for training and developing chefs to improve their skills.
Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for cooking fresh food.
Strong communicator who can motivate and develop their team
Knowledgeable in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
Commercially aware to achieve the GP, costs, budgets, labour, wastage.
Passion for delivering the highest quality food and service.
