Your new role
The Senior Accountant will be overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, preparing and reviewing the statutory accounts, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Support with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning.
Assist with year-end, quarterly, and month-end accounts.
Lead the preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with local GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
Part-qualified Accountant with 4 years of experience.
If non-qualified, then 5+ years' experience in an accountancy role is required.
Need excellent analytical skills.
Have the ability to work independently.
Experience with corporate tax.
