£38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home-based contract

What you’ll be doing:
1. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with independent clients, maintaining a steady pipeline.
2. Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity about food.
3. Develop tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
4. Drive growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to provide innovative solutions and insights from the world's leading food wholesaler.
7. Achieve market goals with enthusiasm and dedication.
What we are looking for:
While experience in Field Sales or a similar background is preferred, it is not essential.
We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven and ambitious to impact the business positively by meeting targets.
Confidence in field-based work and a customer-centric approach are crucial.
Our comprehensive induction program will equip you with product and business knowledge. Food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
