Responsibilities

* Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
* Provide personal care to clients.
* Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
* Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
* Complete all necessary paperwork.
* Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the Company.
* Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.


Key skills and attributes

* A caring nature, good personal values with a will to do well.
* Enjoy helping people and want to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
* Effective communication skills.
* A positive and can-do attitude.
* Experience in the care industry is preferable but not essential as full induction/training will be given to those new to the care sector.
* A Driving Licence and the use of own car are required.
