What You’ll Be Doing
As Commercial Manager, you'll drive strategic growth across three key markets — leading a team of local market experts and delivering campaigns that connect, convert, and retain. You’ll be a central part of our global marketing function and work cross-functionally with acquisition, brand, CRM and product.
Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
Own and execute growth strategies for Italy, Spain and the Nordics
Lead and inspire a team of three local market specialists
Drive player acquisition, engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with brand, CRM and acquisition teams to build market-specific campaigns
Support our B2B bingo network strategy, tailoring for regional differences
Own regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient, high-ROI spend
Report on KPIs and player insights to key stakeholders
Stay ahead of local market trends, behaviours and regulations
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners
Champion compliance and responsible gaming in every market
What “Great” Looks Like
Proven experience creating and executing successful regional commercial strategies
Strong understanding of the Italian, Spanish and Nordic gambling markets — including regulations and player behaviours
Confident team leader who brings energy, clarity and direction
Skilled collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments
Budget owner with a strong eye for ROI and commercial efficiency
Fluent in English — and ideally Italian (Spanish or a Nordic language is a big plus)
Data-led thinker who knows their way around Excel and other reporting tools
Prior experience in the online gambling space or a high-growth digital environment (like gaming or e-commerce)
