About The Role
Are you an experienced, hands-on worker ready to take the next step in your property restoration career? At Trinity First Response, we're looking for a committed and proactive Skilled Labourer to support our restoration teams with a range of maintenance and repair tasks following fire, water, and accidental damage. If you take pride in physical work, enjoy supporting others on-site, and are motivated by great service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Skilled Labourer, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our repairs and restoration projects. You'll be assisting qualified tradespeople and technicians on-site, helping to ensure that damaged properties are restored efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and maintaining clean, safe work environments.
* Assisting with strip-out works, lifting and shifting materials, and supporting basic repairs.
* Using hand tools and power tools safely under supervision.
* Organising and managing tools, materials, and van stock.
* Reporting hazards, issues, or additional repairs needed to supervisors.
* Communicating professionally with residents and team members on-site.
* Supporting the team in maintaining high health and safety standards.
Key Requirements
We want someone who is practical, reliable, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working in construction, maintenance, or restoration roles.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic knowledge of building works and site safety practices.
* A strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
* A CSCS card (required).
* A full UK driving licence (preferred).
* Manual handling and asbestos awareness training (desirable - can be provided).

Basic Salary £28,000-32,000 (DOE), as well as market leading benefits.
