This is an office-based role within a supportive team, focused on delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email. Key responsibilities include: Handling customer enquiries by phone and email Managing shared inboxes and updating internal systems Creating and updating jobs accurately Liaising with internal teams to meet customer requirements The ideal candidate will have: Previous customer service or administrative experience A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills Good attention to detail and organisation What's on offer: £28,000 commission Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension, wellbeing support and on-site parking
