We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join a well‑established family‑run business in Erith, Kent. The company you would be representing is a leading waste management and recycling contractor with over 25 years of experience.
Role Details
Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Start Date: ASAP
Term: Temporary to Permanent (1 month temporary before reviewing permanent offer)
Location: Erith, Kent
Hours: 9:00 am‑5:00 pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000‑£30,000 (while temping, opportunity to earn commission once the role becomes permanent)
Duties
* Build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts for waste management and recycling services.
* Provide product and service advice over the phone (full training provided).
* Manage existing accounts and help bring on new business; attend occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
* Generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
* Collaborate closely with customers to meet their waste and metal management needs effectively.
* Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website), update news, and create an online presence.
