Account Manager (Direct Mail Specialist Agency)

At PSE, we specialise in delivering high-performing Direct Mail campaigns and print solutions for some of the UK’s fastest-growing brands. Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding team and help manage and grow client relationships.
We’re looking for someone who’s worked as part of a marketing team in both online and offline marketing. The ideal candidate understands what it takes to deliver campaigns — from idea creation, planning and creative briefing to timelines, budgets, and performance analysis. You’ll work with brilliant brands, collaborate with our in-house creative, data and production teams, and see campaigns through from concept to delivery — all while helping clients achieve real, measurable results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
* Coordinating with our creative, production, and data teams to deliver outstanding Direct Mail campaigns and print solution
* Identifying opportunities to add value and grow client relationships
* Using your marketing experience to generate new ideas for your clients and keep campaigns focused on what matters most
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working within a marketing team — ideally in campaign delivery, brand or direct marketing
* A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and keeping projects moving
* Someone who’s proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* A genuine interest in data-driven marketing and Direct Mail
