Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Location: Redbridge, London
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum. Job type: Full‑Time | Temporary. Start date: 28th May 2026. Salary depends on experience and qualifications. Higher rates are reserved for candidates with substantial experience and/or relevant training. Pay is determined in line with school expectations and Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), where applicable.
A welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Redbridge is seeking two enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join the dedicated early years team on a full‑time basis. Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Support childrens learning, development, and wellbeing
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and record childrens progress
* Assist with planning and implementing age‑appropriate activities
* Promote safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
* Encourage childrens social, emotional, and physical development
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Genuine passion for working with young children
* Positive, caring, and proactive attitude
