Dogs 4 Rescue is looking for a Fundraising Manager to drive our growth and build deep relationships with our supporters. This is a hands-on role which includes lots of interactions with packs of dogs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver fundraising, communications and engagement strategy aligned to D4R’s long-term vision.
2. Create and oversee compelling storytelling across campaigns, digital channels, press and events.
3. Identify the impactful stories by being in amongst our dogs, film and produce suitable content with them.
4. Partner closely with the team and leadership to create a seamless supporter journey that drives income and deepens engagement.
5. Build internal communications that reinforce clarity, culture and shared purpose.
6. Identify grant opportunities and develop and maintain corporate relationships
7. Lead the marketing team and ensure materials for all marketing needs are produced on time to support the marketing plan
8. Create, maintain and deliver a marketing plan each year, to cover the social media, campaigns, lottery, “shop” across all channels and major events
9. Sustain and grow significant donation income through non-lottery routes through specific campaigns as well as maintaining the shop and subscription income by ensuring sustained engagement
