Role Description
Umbrella is seeking a full-time Account Director to oversee and drive client accounts through strategic planning and exceptional management. This hybrid role will be based in Chilton, with flexibility for remote work. In this position, the Account Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading account strategy, overseeing promotional campaign delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The role will also involve supervising and mentoring team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and meeting client expectations.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
* Expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and inspire team members as well as clients. We need to keep them excited!
* Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and client engagement
* Proficiency in Project Management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
* Ability to create and deliver strong presentations
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability
* Experience in the shopper marketing industry is a must.
