I am currently seeking a head chef to run an amazing staff dining restaurant in the heart of the city, my client is looking for a creative head chef to drive sales and bring innovation to the customers. This staff dining restaurant provides street food bring high street food to the offices, if you are a head chef looking to work in an amazing kitchen well equipped kitchen. I am looking for a head chef who really wants to have autonomy on menus and being able to deliver food that not only taste amazing but also really stands out to the customers. This role is a great opportunity for a chef who may be in contract catering and looking to move to a new site. This head chef will be a strong leader with menu development experience to be able to deliver everyday.
This head chef will have an out going personality to be able to interact with customers and client to make sure they are competing with the high street to deliver on trend street food, if you are a head chef who is a strong leader and develop a small team to deliver everyday. Head Chef Experience
Staff dining and contract catering experience desirable
Creative and innovation is essential in the role
If you come from a fresh food restaurant and want to look at contract catering this could be a great opportunity
Must be able to cook from Scratch
Needs to be able to Interactive with customers and clients
Understanding how to create and cost menus in essential
Understanding BOH processes and procedures
Understanding how to build relationships is key
Working closely with the general manager
Monday to Friday
7:00 till 4:00 most days but need to be flexible for needs of the business.
