As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and form the foundation of our direct sales model. Your role involves engaging in meaningful interactions with customers and adopting a consultative approach to support their efforts in enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Role Responsibilities
* Visit sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, listening actively, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
* Demonstrate innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
* Develop 'focus' customers by building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
* Manage your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system effectively.

* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented mindset to identify customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.

* Motivated drive to succeed and overcome challenges.

* Essential: Full manual UK driving license; points on license should be disclosed with expiry dates.
