The opportunity
As we continue our growth journey, our Business Recruitment team play a key role in increasing our adviser headcount and securing new growth firms into the Partnership in order to hit strategic targets. To support this, we are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join them in their mission.
This is a vital role, supporting our Business Recruitment Partners and working collaboratively to improve lead generation and lead quality, maintain customer relationships and drive visibility for the team and the Partnership as a whole.
To be successful in this role, you should be proactive and curious, motivated to hit targets and make data-driven decisions with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Swindon office.

1. Salary - £30,000
2. Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
10. Use industry data to create and monitor marketing campaigns to targeted networks/individuals
11. Cold-call targeted networks/individuals with the objective of securing appointments for the Business Recruitment Partners
12. Work in collaboration with the Business Recruitment team to understand the vision and take this to the market.
13. Work closely with our Recruitment Marketing Manager to gather click and open rates, enabling us to manage successful campaign messages.
14. Identify market trends and competitor intelligence from calls in collaboration with the team.
15. Be visible at networking events, internally and discovery days with prospective firms.
What will you need to succeed?
16. Skills in either sales, recruitment or financial advice industry is important
17. Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous or previous experience working in a regulated environment
18. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with potential firms, this includes the ability to convey messages clearly and handle questions or objections professionally.
19. The ability to work closely with the broader business, marketing, and other internal stakeholders is essential.
20. Attention to detail to be able to identify trends, gather market intelligence, and support campaign strategies.
21. Strong organisational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, such as allocating incoming leads to the team, scheduling marketing campaigns and maintaining contact with prospective firms.
