About the role
The role of Advice Session Supervisor is to enhance the quality of service to clients by providing support, guidance, and supervision on a day-to-day basis to both volunteers and staff.
This role requires advice skills, a generalist advice certificate, supervisory skills, and specific subject knowledge, with a positive attitude at all times. Some training is available, but the role requires confidence in advice areas such as Debt, Employment, Welfare Benefits, Consumer, Housing, and Family.
Must be able to attend all three centres: Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton.

Requirements:
* Advice certificate or equivalent experience
