Our home provides a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young people aged 1618, and a mother and baby unit, helping residents build confidence, independence, and brighter futures. As a Support Worker, youll play a vital role in helping residents develop essential life skills, achieve their personal goals, and feel empowered in their journey toward independence. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to residents. Support with daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and parenting. Build positive, professional relationships based on trust and respect. Ensure the safety and well being of all residents in line with safeguarding policies. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the management team. WhatYou WillNeed Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent), or willingness to work towards it. Experience supporting vulnerable young people or young parents in a residential or supported living setting. Compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to care.
