Role Overview
The Centre Manager / DSL will oversee daily operations of the Burnley centre, manage staff, and take a proactive lead in safeguarding and child protection. This dual-role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership skills with expertise in safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Burnley centre, ensuring smooth operational running
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, implementing robust safeguarding policies and procedures
• Support and supervise staff, fostering a positive and safe working environment
• Monitor and report on student welfare and development
• Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational, health, and safety regulations

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in centre management or educational leadership
• Qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead or equivalent safeguarding experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead a team and promote a culture of safety and excellence
