Your Missions: ️ Own the bid process from RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, ITTs, and ITNs to client presentations. Develop winning strategies. Work closely with Key Account Managers to define compelling win themes. Qualifications Candidate Profile (Skills, Experience & Qualifications): Experience & Expertise Proven experience of bid management experience (B2B, professional, or engineering services) ideally within a professional services environment. Strong strategic commercial awareness (ideally with NEC 3/4 contracts). Proven success in developing and leading winning bids Excellent project management techniques with the determination and drive to make things happen Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences and channels. ⏳A natural multi-tasker with ability to track and manage multiple projects and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines Qualifications & Tools Graduate degree (or equivalent experience). APMP Foundation (Practitioner or Professional level desirable). Advanced MS Office skills.
