About the Job
The Paid Search Specialist role is a recent addition to our Global Marketing Team, providing a unique opportunity for someone to pioneer the development and execution of impactful paid search campaigns across diverse search engines, platforms and channels.
The Paid Search Specialist will work closely with Global Marketing colleagues to plan, execute and refine targeted digital marketing campaigns with the goal of driving targeted traffic, enhancing brand visibility and achieving measurable business objects.
This opportunity can be offered on a Remote or Hybrid basis within the UK, therefore working patterns will be discussed and considered on an individual basis. Please outline your requirements in your application. Remote workers will be required to visit the offices occasionally as per business needs and will be invited to join the Global Team at an international office circa 3 times per year (most likely the Netherlands).
We offer a Flexible-Working Schedule with our core hours being 10am-12pm and 2pm-3pm, meaning you can flex your hours between 7am and 7pm to suit your professional and personal needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Designing, implementing, and managing PPC search campaigns across multiple search engines (., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
2. Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to optimize campaign performance.
3. Developing compelling and relevant ad copy and creative assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.
4. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
5. Continuously optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, landing page optimization, keyword expansion, and other optimization techniques.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including copywriter, designers, and other members of the marcomms team, to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
7. Monitoring and managing campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of ad spend.
About You
8. Directly accountable for designing and executing PPC and SEO / Search Engine Optimisation campaigns within a current or previous role.
9. In-depth working understanding of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
10. Proficient in using PPC tools, bid management platforms, and analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance (., Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor).
11. Analytically minded with the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
12. Solid understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting best practices.
13. Excellent team player with the ability to develop effective working relationships on a Global scale across different time zones.
14. Excellent Written and Verbal English (fluent)
