Located on the Quora Retail Park in Skegness, The White Horse boasts a welcoming two-door design, offering both a lively bar area and a comfortable lounge/dining space. The pub benefits from a spacious wrap-around beer garden complete with outdoor TV, with Sky Sports available throughout the venue.
As one of the most popular pubs in Skegness, The White Horse is a true local landmark with exceptional year-round footfall.During peak season, the White Horse becomes a hub for both visiting holidaymakers and our year-round local community, offering a warm, friendly pub experience whatever the time of year.
This pub currently trades at an average of £36,000 per week in net sales and provides the perfect platformfor a driven General Manager to lead a thriving, well-loved business with huge potential for further growth through driving wet sales and increasing local activity.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat.
