Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 - Typically Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting market research, managing programs, and utilising strong communication skills to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals. Client Engagement: Develop personalized pitches and proposals to showcase our value proposition. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed client acquisition targets and contribute to company growth. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
