Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with strong Xero skills? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing company on a part-time basis.
About the Role:
As our Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations across this Small to medium sized company. Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the accounts department
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts using Xero accounting software
* Bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
* Accounts payable and receivable
* VAT returns and submissions
* Monitoring rental income and property expenses
* Liaising with suppliers, tenants, and external accountants
* Supporting the team with ad hoc finance-related tasks
About You:
Proven experience a a Bookkeeper (property sector experience preferred)
* Proficient in Xero
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and manage your own time
