We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPO Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of permanent recruitment strategies and processes and relationship management skills to effectively fulfil our clients' staffing needs.

What will the day to day look like?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible in supporting the delivery of the various Opus models, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, for permanent blue and white collar roles. From advertising roles, screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers. The essential of this role is to be able to build proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding recruitment needs, geographical locations and securing top talent.
What skills we require:
1. At least 2 years recruitment experience in-house/
