Key Responsibilities Lead or contribute to the design and specification of mechanical and/or electrical systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and safety standards. Take ownership of design deliverables and maintain a high standard of technical quality and innovation. Supervise installations and manage contractors to ensure delivery aligns with project specifications. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Support the development of junior team members through training and mentoring. Participate in fee tendering and support business development activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Champion Health and Safety best practices, including carrying out risk assessments. About You Strong experience in the design of mechanical and/or electrical building services is essential. Proven track record in project delivery, including contractor and client coordination. Confident communicator and team player with excellent leadership potential. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance. Knowledge of current regulations, legislation, and industry standards. Motivated to achieve both project success and client satisfaction.
