Experienced Paralegal – Film & TV Production
An award-winning US studio is looking for a bright, ambitious junior lawyer or experienced paralegal to join its growing legal team, supporting film and television production.
This is a hands-on role working closely with senior stakeholders across a successful and expanding TV & film business spanning drama, documentaries and feature film.
You’ll support internal partners and the legal team with drafting and amending TV production agreements, including talent agreements, location releases, crew deal memos, vendor contracts and licensing agreements. You’ll also assist the Studio with legal delivery and compliance, support its production finance facility (including organising chain of title and financing arrangements), and provide general legal and administrative support.
This role is offered on a 12 month basis
