S&H are working exclusively with a top tier financial technology business in Central London with an excellent and collegiate legal team.
Our client is looking to hire a strong commercial lawyer to undertake a position with a great deal of breadth and variety as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
* Wide variety of commercial support including technology and procurement. Working on partnership and collaboration agreements.
* Some support on corporate governance matters with the General Counsel and the Company Secretary.
* Help manage the IP portfolio with an external provider.
* Support on intragroup agreements regarding IP, Privacy and other key areas.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with top academics.
* 3-5 Years of PQE (guide only).
* Extensive Commercial/Corporate experience.
* In-house experience via current position or secondment would be useful.
