Responsibilities
* Registered Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC.
* Specialist with proven skills and experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
* Support teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
* Act as a confident, engaging, effective model, guide, leader and trainer.
* Highly organised and proactive, taking initiative.
* Commit to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism, neuro‑developmental conditions and developmental trauma.
* Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in educational and residential settings.
* Strong communication, leadership and training skills.
Location & Role Details
This role is based at Luxborough Court School in Essex and covers a maternity leave position for one year. The school provides high‑quality education for pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism or on the autism pathway.
