We are working with a modern, award-winning law firm looking for a legal secretary/PA with audio-typing experience to support the Family and Litigation teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in legal administration.
Responsibilities include:
Providing administrative and PA support to the Family & Litigation teams
Ensuring efficient compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organization
Producing high-quality court bundles and other essential documents
Maintaining a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation
Understanding and applying the appropriate style and format for statements of case
Performing audio-typing tasks
Operating within a case management system
What we need from you:
Experience in audio-typing
Excellent attention to detail and typing accuracy
Proficiency in using case management systems
