You'll be part of a close knit team, helping customers manage their tenancy and maintain their property, while keeping our service running smoothly.
What you’ll do
* Support customers in understanding their tenancy and managing their rent.
* Help customers with housing benefit claims and signpost to other services.
* Turn around empty flats quickly so new customers can move in.
* Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks, ensuring building compliance.
* Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure contractors meet our standards.

You have
* Experience in housing, property, care or criminal justice, or equivalent.
* A "can do" positive attitude, proactive, well organised, and able to work on your initiative.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners.
* Passion for property and a thrill at keeping properties at their best for our customers.

* Willingness to travel and work flexibly when needed.
