Role purpose
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts. You’ll lead outbound prospecting efforts and help qualify leads, maintain engagement, and contribute to broader revenue goals.
Responsibilities
* Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts
* Lead outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social media; comfortable with phone/Zoom calls
* Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities
* Receive coaching on calls, written communication, and prospecting strategy
* Establish rapport with buyers at all levels, including senior executives
* Help create a database of CRM intelligence by logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
* Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques
* Collaborate with Marketing & Ops to iterate lead generation campaigns
* Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition
* Travel up to 15% for onboarding, events, and offsites
Requirements / About you
* German language proficiency (business-level) to read, write, and speak
* 1+ year of sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
* Experience developing and managing outbound pipeline
* Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms
* High-energy, results-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to explain complex concepts simply
* Passionate about Webflow’s mission and the no-code movement
* Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
* Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to contribute to scaling success
* Curiosity about emerging technologies like AI
