Job Description
3. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS or relevant accounting standards.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
6. Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
7. Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
10. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required by the leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Reporting Analyst should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA - with a background in a top tier practice.
12. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
13. Experience in the property industry or a similar sector is beneficial.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills.
16. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
17. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
