What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer to deliver Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) system functionality in line with project timelines and milestones.
- Conduct vehicle testing with development software to evaluate and resolve issues, ensuring readiness for public road use.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, supporting engineering teams in identifying and rectifying technical issues.
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to develop software functionality and calibrations that meet vehicle performance targets.
- Liaise with ADAS lateral motion systems and other stakeholders to refine system controls and ensure seamless integration.
- Investigate and debug customer warranty issues, contributing to continuous improvement and product reliability.
What You Will Bring:
- Basic understanding of mechatronic systems such as EPAS, brakes, or active suspension.
- Proven experience in delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effective supplier management.
- Familiarity with software diagnostics and network analysis tools such as Vector, ETAS, or Intrepid.
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience, plus a full UK driving licence.
