Job title: Money Advice Caseworker

This role focuses on delivering holistic debt and money advice to clients, including casework, phone and email support, and liaison with third parties. A key objective is helping clients maximise their income through uptake of eligible benefits.
Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive debt and money advice through casework, phone and email channels.
* Liaise with third parties on behalf of clients to resolve financial issues.
* Identify and support eligible benefit uptake to maximise clients’ income.
* Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.
* Manage a varied caseload with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualifications and Skills
* Effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to interview clients using sound interviewing techniques.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain case records.
* Experience in debt advice or a willingness to train as a Trainee Money Advice Caseworker.
