Location: Braintree
Salary: £125 - £240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800), depending on experience and qualifications!
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching children in Years 1 and 2, creating engaging lessons, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young minds while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, child-centered lessons
* Supporting children’s personal, social, and academic development
* Monitoring and assessing progress to ensure all children achieve their potential
* Promoting a positive learning environment with a focus on nurturing young learners
* Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support student development
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent qualification
* Has experience teaching in KS1 or working with young children
* Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
* Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
* Is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
