Base pay range
Responsibilities
* Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Telephone.
* Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers.
* Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures.
* Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions.
* Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations.
* Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.
* Managing Complaints.
What Are We Looking For?
* Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service
* Punctual And Conscient.
Hours
* 35-40 Hours per week (dependent on business needs at the time of hiring)
* Monday - Saturday Fully Flexible
* £12.75 per hour
* Paid fortnightly
Requirements
* At Least 6 Months Customer Service Or Contact Centre Experience
* Full Time Availability
* ID & Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate)
* Immediate Start
* Basic Access NI check / Credit check is required once successful.
