Will Trevor of Robert Half is partnering with an Architecture firm in London, supporting the hire of a Financial Controller. Role Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Manage treasury functions, cash flow and investment activities. Manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting operations, ensuring accurate consolidation and reporting. Oversee WIP accounting. Provide team management to direct reports. What We're Looking For: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified. Team management essential to the growth of this business and role. Proficiency in accounting software, use of Sage and knowledge of Rapport3 advantageous.
