About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Daytime Mobile Team Leader to join our Mobile Driver Department. This is a key operational role, combining administrative responsibility with field-based duties to ensure the smooth running of our mobile fleet and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the day-to-day administration of the mobile fleet
2. Organise and track vehicle MOTs, servicing, and repairs
3. Coordinate with garages and service providers to ensure fleet readiness
4. Conduct new site inspections and develop detailed assignment instructions
5. Respond promptly to client queries and provide effective solutions
6. Manage and attend to emergency requests during daytime operations
7. Carry out site visits and occasional patrols as required
8. Support operational efficiency and compliance across the mobile team
Requirements
9. Full, valid driving licence
10. Minimum 2 years driving experience
11. Valid SIA licence
12. Strong administrative and organisational skills
13. Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
14. A pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team
Desirable Skills & Experience
18. Previous experience in a security services or mobile operations environment
19. Experience managing vehicle fleets or logistics operations
20. Familiarity with incident response and client-facing roles
