Support the production of site packs through the printing and folding of drawings.
Maintain all customer correspondence related to projects, archive completed contract documentation, manage emails, track and archive documents.
Assist with drawings to/from the shop floor, dispatch notes, and hand over to couriers.
Send correspondence and documentation to customers, maintain document transmittal records.
Maintain paper records, filing, collate, check, photocopy, and scan as required.
Maintain electronic records, databases, and spreadsheets.
Ensure all projects conform to QA documentation requirements.
Follow up on outstanding documentation.
Perform general admin duties such as typing, shredding, monitoring stationery supplies, reordering stock, maintaining printers, and post distribution.
Provide reception cover, including answering the telephone.
Lay out and clear refreshments for meetings (coffee, buffets).
Demonstrate good organisation and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable challenging when necessary.
Have good skills/experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases.
