About GAP Survey & Safety Hire & Sales
We offer one of the largest ranges of survey & safety equipment and accessories in the industry. We provide robotic and GPS equipment, and everything our customers in the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors need.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Technical Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will maximise survey hire revenue opportunities from existing major account customers and win new business. This includes delivering sales presentations to senior management of major account customers and attending depot/customer trade days to promote our product offering. The TSR will also work with various stakeholders across the GAP Group network – including Regional Sales Managers and their sales teams – to ensure proactive promotion of hire opportunities for survey equipment within their existing customer base. This role covers sites within the North West Region and requires regular travel.
What We're Looking For
* Significant experience working in an area sales role within the survey & safety or hire industry, though candidates from any sales background will be considered.
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth by maximising opportunities from existing customers and winning new business.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* An effective negotiator and problem solver capable of working effectively under pressure and prioritising workload.
* Proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
* A driving licence (essential).
