* Manage a portfolio of UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans (both syndicated and bilateral)
* Review finance documents with the client ahead of loan closing and manage them through the life of the loan
* Build financial models and track key milestones such as conditions subsequent, construction progress, and borrower reporting in line with loan documentation
* Liaise with borrowers, agents, and their representatives to ensure timely submission of required reports and information
* Support the client with restructurings, amendments, waivers, and other ad hoc borrower requests
* Review draft transfers, waterfall calculations, redemption statements, and other financial documentation
Prior experience in CRE AM role is essential to complete the role successfully.
