Role And Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
Partner with clients Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering the best talent solutions
Source and engage top quality engineering & manufacturing staff Use your expertise to find, screen, and secure high-caliber professionals
Manage the full recruitment cycle Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
Stay ahead of industry trends Provide market insights that position you as a trusted recruitment expert
Collaborate and grow Share strategies, best practices, and knowledge with a high-performing team
