Job Purpose: Join ActionCOACH in our mission to become a household name As an Accounts Executive, you'll build relationships with key partners to drive referral volumes for our coaching network. You'll support our partnerships and key accounts team with administration, organization, and event management, while growing our brand both internally and externally as we collaborate with leading business brands in the market. This is a junior level role with lots of scope for opportunities to build a career with this world leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with prospects and represent the company with charm and persuasion to drive growth through sales and marketing efforts, including telemarketing initiatives.
* Make outbound calls to prospects to generate interest and set appointments, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential partners.
* Meet and exceed targets in a results-oriented environment.
* Manage and track leads accurately
* Build rapport and foster relationships with a friendly, persuasive approach.
* Be proactive, self-motivated, and quick to act in pursuing business opportunities.
* Establish personal and business goals while executing proven sales and marketing strategies.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners to enhance referral volumes.
* Plan, prepare, and present for various events, meetings, and exhibitions to help grow our brand.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Proven track record in business development, meeting KPIs.
* Experience in telemarketing and outbound sales.
* Effective relationship-building skills.
* Strong communication skills in presenting, writing, and verbal interactions.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.

Salary:
£24,500 - £25,00 basic £30,000 - £35,000 OTE
