What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll help plan and construct infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll work on-site and in the office, learning how to design, build, and maintain these structures while ensuring everything is built correctly and safely.
Who we’re looking for
For graduates with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning with a strong focus on career progression. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role. This role involves regular site visits, including travel on-site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver’s license.
