Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Support Coordinator in Manchester! If you're an exceptional problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
* Support the facilities team in handling maintenance issues, including broken lifts.
* Escalate building issues to ensure prompt resolution.
* Assist in quoting building work and maintaining records.
* Coordinate contractors and manage jobs.
Work Schedule and Location:
* Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
* Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in facilities administration or similar role.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Organizational skills with multitasking ability.
* Experience in quoting and escalation management.
