The Maritime Section are looking for a Seasonal Slipway Attendant at Penzance Harbour during the summer season. This role is mainly to manage and take payments for the use of the slipway and enforce byelaws to ensure that the area is operated safely. You will also assist with day-to-day operations within the Harbour and may occasionally be required to work in any other of our Ports and Harbours.
You will be required to work 24 hours per week, 0800hrs to 2000hrs Saturday & Sunday, with some flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
Penzance is a busy harbour, and this role is essential to maintain safety with increased activity in the summer season.
