Who are you?
As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of this operation.
You will:
* Lead a dynamic team across bars, restaurant and events.
* Own the P&L - driving sales, profitability and outstanding guest experience.
* Recruit, develop, inspire your leadership team and drive high-performance.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on market strategy, competitor insight and creative growth.
