Ecommerce Manager (Licensed) Overview
Our client is a fast-growing apparel business with a strong presence across online retail and marketplace channels. They are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale their licensed clothing category, driving digital growth while ensuring full compliance with brand and licensing guidelines.
This role will take ownership of ecommerce performance across direct-to-consumer and marketplace platforms, working closely with licensing partners, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver commercially successful and brand-aligned collections.
Experience working across Licensed Clothing products is essential.
Ecommerce Manager (Licensed) Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the ecommerce strategy across website and third-party marketplaces.
* Manage and optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy, strong SEO, and compelling content.
* Ensure all licensed products and marketing assets comply with licensor brand guidelines and approval processes.
* Work closely with licensing partners to manage approvals, reporting requirements and royalty considerations.
* Plan and execute product launches aligned to key calendar moments, film releases, sporting events and seasonal campaigns.
* Drive online sales growth through trading plans, promotions, and performance marketing collaboration.
* Monitor stock levels, forecasting demand, and working with supply chain to maintain availability.
* Analyse website and marketplace performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, and customer acquisition.
* Oversee pricing strategy across all channels to maximise margin competitiveness.
* Manage the ecommerce calendar, aligning product drops, campaigns, and promotional activity.
* Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure all digital assets meet brands and licensor standards.
* Deliver regular sales reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
* Identify new marketplace or international expansion opportunities.
* Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, platform updates, and licensed product opportunities.
