About The Role

* Own Rewards for Tide, evolving the strategy and plan to engage and retain members and drive revenue through its usage.
* Map the campaign strategy and deliver campaigns to drive card usage and support card KPIs.
* Monitor, report and present on Tide Rewards KPIs and campaign performance to Tide senior management and wider stakeholders.
* Support the team with building, executing and optimising campaign workflows.
* Support finance forecasting across Tide’s strategic modes of discovery.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across the product team to ensure a fully aligned roadmap.

What We Are Looking For

* Passion for marketing in a scale‑up environment – 5‑7 yrs of relevant experience.
* Experience managing external partners and platforms effectively to deliver high‑quality member experiences.
* Passion for reward‑driven behaviour change and designing programmes that motivate and delight members.
* Proven track record of delivering best‑practice targeting, automation and personalisation across multiple marketing channels to deliver significant upweights in behavioural frequency and revenue value.
* Love data, and are happy to monitor, analyse and report on overall product performance against multiple KPIs, campaign inputs, and industry benchmarks to ensure the overall programme meets (and exceeds!) business objectives.
* Excellent communication skills – build campaigns and relationships, coach and inspire technical and non‑technical colleagues, across all levels of the business, and are able to pitch the message differently, and clearly, to all.
* Use data and evidence above your opinion.
* Experience using the Iterable Marketing or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience using the Looker reporting suite is beneficial but not essential.
