About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join Young Epilepsy’s Youth Engagement and Participation team as we prepare to launch our new 2025-2030 organisational strategy. You’ll be working alongside the Young Epilepsy Youth Voice Network - an amazing community of over 200 children and young people aged 13-25 from across the UK - and supporting the launch of our brand-new Youth Council, a forward-thinking leadership group for 8-25-year-olds. Both groups play a vital role in ensuring that lived experiences and the voices of children and young people shape decision-making at all levels of our organisation. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support across projects, events, and activities. From organising meetings and managing participant records to liaising with young people and external partners, you’ll be central to keeping our work running smoothly and on time. You’ll also help recruit and support Youth Voice Network and Youth Council members, making sure they have the information, resources, and encouragement they need to take an active role in shaping our work.
